We are committed to selective breeding of miniature donkeys.

Our jacks are sired by champions.

Our jennets, likewise, have impressive pedigrees and most have proven track records in the show ring.

We only purchase our breeding stock from the most experienced and reputable breeders in the country who've done their homework as well.

We consistently put ourselves and our animals to the test by participating in shows throughout our home state (one of the largest and most competitive).

Ingredients for a better miniature donkey:

We aren't in a hurry to place our foals. In fact, we prefer to retain them until after the first weanling haircut. It is much easier then to evaluate their true potential and to price them accordingly.

We keep our herd size manageable. "Less is more," in our book.

Developing the full potential of every donkey we own means daily personal interaction and consistent training.

We try to match each donkey's abilities and personality to our program for breeding and showing in halter, obstacles, showmanship and driving.

Because we are a smaller ranch, we imprint and halter train every foal. Development of personality and sociability are key ingredients to the success of our breeding program.

It is our goal to conscientiously and methodically contribute to the breed as a whole by studying breeding histories and breeding only complimentary pairs. We wish to improve the future for miniature donkeys by breeding for correct conformation, engaging personalities and eye-catching colors.
